Shipping policy

Every Reflection order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and South Africa. 

1. Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

2. United Kingdom Orders

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.

Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days following dispatch.

3. South Africa Orders

Orders delivered within South Africa are dispatched from our South African fulfilment centre.

Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days following dispatch.

4. International Orders

International orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing requirements.

Orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom and South Africa may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by local authorities. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
